Job summary

Valeo North America Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Graduate Project Manager for a 12-month fixed-term contract within a dynamic electronics manufacturing environment. The role supports initiation to completion of varied projects and offers hands-on PM experience for a recent graduate.

Key duties include assisting Senior PMs, developing project plans and schedules, tracking progress, and maintaining documentation while ensuring adherence to standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• A strong desire to learn and develop project management skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Proactive attitude with strong problem‑solving capabilities.
• Previous internship or work experience in a project‑oriented environment is a plus but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist Senior Project Managers in the planning, execution, and monitoring of assigned projects.
• Support the development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate project activities, resources, and information effectively.
• Track project progress, identify potential risks, and report on status to stakeholders.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between internal teams and external partners.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
• Support the resolution of project issues and elevate complex problems as necessary.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the project management office.
• Ensure projects adhere to company standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
