Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist Senior Project Managers in planning, execution, and monitoring of projects.
• Support development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate project activities, resources, and information efficiently.
• Track progress, identify risks, and report status to stakeholders.
• Facilitate communication between internal teams and external partners.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation including reports and meetings.
• Support resolution of issues and escalate complex problems as needed.
• Contribute to continuous improvement within the PMO.
• Ensure projects adhere to company standards and regulatory requirements.
