Support Operations: Lead Complex Projects

• Lead the technical execution of engineering projects, particularly those involving Newness levels 2-3 (new designs based on existing knowledge or design based on existing rules).

Technical Problem Solving

• Serve as a referent for critical problem solving within the Discipline, utilizing Valeo standard methodologies like QRQC (Quick Response Quality Control) to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.

Customer Communication

• Effectively communicate complex technical solutions and challenges to internal and external customers, ensuring clarity and understanding.

Technical Transversal Sharing

• Proactively share technical knowledge and best practices across teams and divisions, fostering collaboration and knowledge dissemination.

Competencies

• Technical Coaching and Mentoring: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to Discipline Engineers, fostering their professional development and expertise.
• Design Standards Development: Leverage expertise to build, improve, and validate design standards for Newness levels 2-3, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and Valeo's strategic objectives.
• Efficiency: Digitalization Roadmap Execution: Actively participate in the execution of the Discipline's Digitalization Roadmap, identifying and implementing opportunities for process improvement and automation.
• Continuous Improvement: Analyze problem-solving outcomes to identify systemic issues and propose improvements to existing processes and methodologies.
• Innovation: Innovative Solution Development: Propose and contribute to the development of innovative solutions to engineering challenges, leveraging existing technologies and methodologies.
