Job summary

Valeo is seeking a Process/Manufacturing Engineering Manager/Director to lead industrial technologies and manage process expertise across the site. You will oversee industrial teams, coordinate interfaces with PG/PL/RO/platform, and drive the site’s industrial plan in alignment with the MTP.

This full-time permanent role emphasizes standardization, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement to support Valeo’s scalable, sustainable mobility solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Process Expertise across the site and coordinate interfaces between site, PG/PL/RO/platform and the Process Expertise Center.
• Manage and animate the industrial teams (plant, production and industrialization) and the site industrial plan in line with the MTP.
• Drive standardization programs for product and process within the perimeter and participate in Technical Committee and ECR validation.
• Engage in IVC, PMC & PSC reviews and contribute to ramp-up issues and process improvements.

Support daughter sites during ramp up and processes issues
