Job summary

Valeo is seeking a highly motivated and organised Graduate Project Manager for a 12-month fixed-term contract in Ireland. This role offers hands‑on experience in project management within a dynamic electronics manufacturing environment, supporting various projects from initiation to completion.

You will assist Senior Project Managers in planning, development of plans, schedules, budgets, and coordination with internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• A strong desire to learn and develop project management skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Proactive attitude with strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Previous internship or work experience in a project-oriented environment is a plus but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist Senior Project Managers in planning, execution, and monitoring of assigned projects.
• Support development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate project activities, resources, and information effectively.
• Track project progress, identify risks, and report status to stakeholders.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between internal teams and external partners.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
• Support resolution of project issues and elevate complex problems as necessary.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the PMO.
• Ensure projects adhere to company standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
