Job summary

Lidl Ireland invites motivated graduates to join its 18-month Graduate Management Development Programme, a City & Guilds/ILM accredited initiative designed to build future leaders from the ground up.

You’ll undertake structured on-the-job training across stores and distribution centres, with travel within Ireland and relocation as needed, complemented by formal modules and mentorship to accelerate your career.

Qualifications

• 2.1 Honours Level 8 degree or above
• Full driver’s license required
• Willingness to travel or relocate within Ireland
• Motivation and drive with strong personal skills
• Work experience or experience abroad; German is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Participate in Lidl's Graduate Management Development Programme with rotations across stores, warehouses and offices.
• Engage in blended learning with on-the-job training and formal modules.
• Contribute to projects with real business impact and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Procurement
The Procurement Department is responsible for the sourcing of goods and services which support the needs of the business. This department organises and manages contracts with these suppliers. The Procurement department supports other areas of the business by providing expertise and detailed knowledge of the products and services sourced. With the introduction of new suppliers and service providers, the Procurement department can initiate change with the evaluation of the company's needs.

What you'll need

• An expected or attained 2.1 Honours Level 8 degree
• Full driver's license is required
• Flexibility to travel or relocate within Ireland is required
