Lidl Ireland offers an 18-month Graduate Management Development Programme designed to build future leaders. You will rotate through Controlling & Analytics, gaining real-world experience in Business Insights, Partnering and Financial Controlling.

You’ll develop analytical and commercial skills, with structured on-the-job training and mentorship. The programme includes a bespoke training plan and progression opportunities across Ireland.

Qualifications

• 2.1 Honours Level 8 degree or equivalent.
• Strong analytical and numeracy skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong personal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through Business Insights & Analytics, Business Partnering and Financial Controlling.
• Provide timely and accurate reporting on KPIs and performance trends.
• Support data-driven decision making and stakeholder engagement.
