Qualifications
- 2.1 Honours Degree (Level 8) required or anticipated.
- Full valid driver’s licence required.
- Creative and innovative approach to problem solving and process improvement.
- Willingness to travel or relocate within Ireland; base in Dublin after training.
Responsibilities
- Learn key retail processes in Lidl stores to drive turnover through excellent service.
- Support Sales Operations projects and head office initiatives.
- Contribute to KPI measurement and continuous improvement across stores.
