Job summary

Timoney Dynamic Solutions Limited in Navan, Co. Meath, Ireland, is inviting applications for a Graduate Mechanical Engineer to join our design teams.

You will work on suspension, driveline and powertrain projects, contributing to internal and client work with a hybrid working policy. The role requires a degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent, a proactive, team-focused mindset, and familiarity with simulation and CAD tools.

Qualifications

• A degree in Mechanical Engineering or significant, directly relevant experience.
• Self-motivated team player capable of operating in a collaborative environment.
• Experience with MATLAB/Simulink is advantageous.
• Experience with CAD systems such as SolidWorks, Pro/Engineer or CATIA is desirable.
• Experience with ANSYS would be an advantage.
• Strong communication with Manufacturing, Quality, Procurement and Finance.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality design solutions for suspension, driveline and powertrain systems.
• Deliver cost-effective project designs on time in a busy environment.
• Maintain quality standards for 3D models and manufacturing drawings.
• Keep aware of industry trends and new developments in technology.
• Communicate clearly with clients and suppliers.
• Contribute to Timoney knowledge database and quality processes.
