This 2-year programme aims to develop your career through hands-on testing, material evaluation, and cross-functional collaboration across manufacturing and quality teams.

You will gain international work experience, training, and potential 6-month relocation to a sister company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to analyse data effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Effective teamwork skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist in material selection and evaluation for new and existing products.
• Conduct material testing and analysis for performance and compliance.
• Investigate material failures and recommend corrective actions.
• Provide material input for product development projects.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, quality and engineering teams to improve performance and efficiency.
• Analyse test results and prepare stakeholder reports.
• Assist with supplier evaluations and material qualification.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal quality requirements.
• Support continuous improvement in material performance, sustainability and cost reduction.
• Stay informed on materials tech, processes and best practices.
• Adhere to health, safety and environmental procedures.
• Ad hoc duties as assigned by management.
