Johnson & Johnson invites high-potential graduates to join the Ireland Campus in Cork as a Graduate Manufacturing Process Specialist. Reporting to Operations Manager, you will contribute to capital projects and support day-to-day troubleshooting within Operations.

The programme blends on-site experience with cross-functional exposure, with training in process improvement, QC compliance, and project management, aiming to develop future manufacturing leaders.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and due to graduate in 2027.
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Experience with SAP, LIMs or other business systems.
• 6-Sigma/Kepner-Tregoe or similar problem solving/decision making methodology training.
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Customer focus and innovative mindset.
• Mechanical/technical aptitude with strong communication.
• Attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and troubleshoot manufacturing processes and equipment issues; optimize processes.
• Report process performance using statistical process control.
• Troubleshoot DCS (e.g., Delta V) and PLC systems.
• Investigate and resolve Manufacturing Department issues.
• Lead cross-functional teams when required.
• Support commissioning and qualification activities.
• Prepare and update batch records, procedures, and work instructions.
• Provide process and equipment training within Manufacturing.
• Complete tasks to support quality biomedicines per cGMP and GDP.
