Job summary

Lidl Ireland is seeking high-potential graduates for its 18-month Graduate Management Development Programme built around you. You’ll work across our Sales Head Office, stores and distribution centres in Ireland, with time in Dublin initially.

Two teams—Store Layouts & Experience and Sales Systems & Solutions—will give you hands-on training, real business impact, and clear progression. Competitive pay (€45,500 pro rata), 20 days holiday, private medical insurance, and flexible start and finish

Qualifications

• An expected or attained 2.1 Honours Level 8 degree.
• Full driver’s license is required.
• Customer-first mindset with strong communication and presentation skills.
• Motivated and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Join Store Layouts & Experience and Sales Systems & Solutions teams to learn the heart of Lidl's business.
• Engage in in-store and head office activities, gaining hands-on training and real project exposure.
• Contribute to training, development projects, and initiatives with measurable business impact.
