Rainbow Pre-School & Childcare Centre in Nenagh is seeking a Level 7/8 Graduate Early Years Educator to join an experienced team. You will support young children through a child-centred, play-based approach and work with a friendly, family-run service.

The role focuses on creating an inclusive, engaging learning environment, using Aistear principles and collaborating with staff, parents and the wider Rainbow team. Garda Vetting and pre-employment checks apply.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Passion for supporting children's learning, development and wellbeing.
• Ability to plan and implement child-led, play-based curriculum.

Responsabilités

• Plan and implement a child-led, play-based curriculum in line with Aistear.
• Support children's learning, development and wellbeing.
• Use observations to inform curriculum planning and reflect on practice.
• Promote children’s voice, choice and participation.
• Maintain records and documentation.
• Ensure policies and regulatory requirements are followed.
• Incorpor Irish/Gaeilge in early years environment.
