Job summary

Early Childhood Ireland's Donoughmore Family Resource Centre is expanding and seeking enthusiastic Early Years Educators to join our growing team. This role offers a supportive, child-centred environment that values high-quality early years practice and staff development.

You will support children’s learning through play-based experiences, foster warm and inclusive relationships with families and colleagues, and participate in observations, planning and curriculum implementation in line with

Qualifications

• QQI Level 5 qualification in Early Childhood Care and Education (or equivalent)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Genuine passion for supporting young children’s learning and development
• Ability to work as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Support children’s learning, development and wellbeing through play-based experiences.
• Create a warm, inclusive and nurturing environment.
• Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.
• Participate in observations, planning and curriculum implementation.
• Promote best practice in line with Aistear, Síolta and Tusla requirements.
• Contribute positively to a collaborative team environment.
