Job summary

Galway Childcare Committee in County Galway is seeking a dedicated early years practitioner to provide high-quality care and education to young children in a warm, inclusive environment. You will plan engaging activities, support learning and development, build strong relationships with families, and work as part of a professional team while following all policies.

A QQI Level 5 qualification in Early Learning and Care is required; previous experience is desirable and reliability and enthusiasm

Job description

The successful candidate will provide high-quality care and education to young children, supporting their learning and development through play-based experiences in a warm, nurturing and inclusive environment.

Requirements: A minimum QQI Level 5 qualification in Early Learning and Care(or equivalent) is required. Previous experience in an early years setting is desirable.
