Qualifications

• Essential: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Process Excellence/Engineering/Manufacturing or similar engineering/technology
• Essential: Recent Graduate (2026 or due to graduate in 2027)
• Essential: Continuous Improvement / Lean Manufacturing knowledge
• Essential: Ability to work well individually and remotely
• Essential: Adapt to change and develop skills
• Essential: High capability with Microsoft Office products
• Essential: Pro-active, can-do attitude and initiative
• Essential: Self-starter with ability to build relationships quickly and influence others
• Essential: Results orientation and sense of urgency
• Essential: Data mining / reporting skills

Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of the Johnson & Johnson Production System
• Contribute to delivering Best in Class manufacturing performance
• Work within the Ireland Graduate program and cross-functional teams across Knees, Hips and Shoulders
• Assist in continuous improvement activities across Cork site
