Job summary

Johnson & Johnson in Cork, Ireland, is hiring a Graduate Operations Specialist for the DePuy Synthes manufacturing team starting September 2027. You will join the Operations Team to support Knees, Hips and shoulder markets and participate in the graduate program, reporting to a Team Lead/Value Stream Manager.

You will develop operations skills, collaborate across value streams, and contribute to safety, quality and efficiency initiatives within a world-leading orthopedic business.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing or Business Operations or similar operations, engineering or technology bachelors degree.
• Recent graduate (2026 or due to graduate in 2027)

Responsibilities

• Support the Operations team in the manufacturing of products to enhance safety, quality, service, growth and value for local & Global Orthopedics supply.
• Work as part of the Operations Team under guidance of a Team Lead/Value Stream Manager.
• Participate in the DePuy Synthes Graduate program and support Knees, Hips and shoulder markets.
