Job summary

Johnson & Johnson in Cork, Ireland, seeks a Graduate Operations Specialist to join the Manufacturing Operations team. The role supports the manufacturing of orthopedics products and is part of the DePuy Synthes Graduate program, with mentorship from a Team Lead/Value Stream Manager.

The position focuses on delivering safe, high-quality products for global markets, while contributing to process improvements and project work within the Knees, Hips and shoulder portfolio.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing or Business Operations or similar operations, engineering or technology bachelors degree.
• Recent graduate (2026 or due to graduate in 2027)

Responsibilities

• Support the Operations Team in manufacturing of products to enhance safety, quality, service, growth and value for Orthopedics supply.
• Work under the guidance of a Team Lead/Value Stream Manager while participating in the DePuy Synthes Graduate program.
• Support business growth, quality and projects across Knees, Hips and shoulders markets.
