BAM UK & Ireland is offering a Graduate Civil or Structural Engineer role in Ireland. You’ll join a structured development programme, gain real responsibility from day one and work on challenging construction and infrastructure projects onsite.

You will grow technically, build professional confidence and pursue chartership while supported by a dedicated Early Careers Team and mentors.

Qualifications

• Be studying towards, or have recently completed, a relevant degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.
• Be due to graduate in Summer 2027 or have recently graduated.
• Have a genuine interest in the construction and engineering industry.
• Demonstrate strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Be eager to learn, broaden your experience and take on responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to planning, design, coordination and delivery of engineering solutions.
• Gain practical experience in site engineering, surveying, quality assurance and project coordination.
• Work alongside experienced engineers and project teams on complex infrastructure projects.
• Support the project lifecycle from planning to delivery with professional development support.
