Mott MacDonald Ireland seeks graduates to join the Energy team as Civil & Structural Engineers. You’ll contribute to projects that support Ireland’s energy transition and critical infrastructure, while developing technical judgement and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering as eligible for the opportunity.
• Less than 12 months of relevant experience (excluding placements).

Responsibilities

• Contributing to feasibility studies, optioneering, FEED and detailed design.
• Designing civil works for substations and grid infrastructure, including site platforms, earthworks, embankments, retaining walls, access roads and drainage systems.
• Supporting structural design for reinforced concrete and steelwork, including foundations, beams, columns, equipment supports and connections.
• Using digital design and analysis tools to develop calculations, models, drawings and technical reports.
• Taking part in site visits, surveys and construction-stage support to understand site conditions and help resolve engineering challenges.
