The successful candidate will support the Onshore PMO function in the delivery of projects within the established governance framework and across the relevant management boards. The role willbe responsible forcoordinating governance processes and forums, ensuring effective meeting administration, high-quality documentation, clear decision-making, andtimelyfollow-up of actions and commitments. Key responsibilities will include coordinating governance schedules and meetings,preparingand collating governance documentation, recording decisions and actions, assigning ownership, and tracking progress to completion. The successful candidate will provide governance advice and constructive challenge to stakeholders to support effective decision-making and adherence to agreed governance requirements. The role will also involvemonitoringthe effectiveness ofgovernance arrangements,identifyingopportunities for improvement, and supporting the implementation of enhanced governance processes, controls, and reporting mechanisms. Acting as a key point of contact for governance activities, the successful candidate will manage the Change Control process across the CIO function andmaintainthe Help Hub Governance pages, driving continuous improvements where opportunities areidentified. In addition, the successful candidate will coordinate monthly reporting to theExecutive and EirGrid plc Board, working closely with the Strategy Office and internal stakeholders to ensure reporting isaccurate,timely, and of a high standard. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills will be essential to build effective relationships across the organisation and support the successful delivery of governance and reporting activities.

TheInfrastructureoffice leads thedevelopment and delivery of the power system, onshore and interconnection investment programmes in collaboration with partners,customersand communities.
The Onshore Project Management Office (PMO)is responsibleforundertaking three key roles within Infrastructure; Regulation and Compliance Reporting and Auditing, Business Operations and Governance, and Business Intelligence. The teamis responsible forsetting the governance policies and standards to be used for onshore business readiness andlargescaleonshore transmission infrastructure and regulatory auditing and monitoring of OpEx and CapEx delivery.
The team also develops reports on schedule and financial information and delivery of outcomes and benefits aligned to strategicobjectivesacross the development and readiness of the onshore transmission infrastructure to key stakeholders such as DECC and the CRU.
