Job summary

Not-for-profit organisation in Ireland is seeking a Governance and Complaints Executive to oversee complaints processes and ensure regulatory compliance. Reporting to the Deputy CEO, you’ll manage governance, data protection, and regulatory frameworks, and work closely with the Board and legal advisors.

You will act as the Data Protection Officer, lead policy updates, promote ethical practice, deliver training, and line-manage an Administration Officer in a mission-driven team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in governance, compliance, or regulatory roles.
• Relevant third-level qualification or equivalent.
• Strong project management, organisational, and analytical skills.
• Experience with complaints handling, GDPR, and direct staff supervision.

Responsibilities

• Oversee complaints processes and ensure legal/regulatory compliance.
