Job summary

Google Inc. is seeking an SMB Account Manager for Gemini Enterprise and Google Workspace, Italy, with Ireland-based presence. The role focuses on renewals and expansion with existing SMB customers, driving value, and promoting Google Cloud solutions.

You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver customer solutions, manage opportunities in an overlay model, and grow workspace adoption across SMB clients in Europe.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience in renewals, account management, sales, or a customer-facing role.
• Experience working with customers in Italy.
• Experience in a sales role in a technology and cloud computing environment.
• Ability to communicate in Italian fluently to engage with customers in the region.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers to expand Google Workspace opportunities.
• Deliver business value, demonstrate product functionality, and present key use cases.
• Build a pipeline and collaborate with account teams for solutions and agreements.
• Lead day-to-day relationships with external stakeholders with empathy.
