Job summary

BWG Foods Ltd is recruiting a Goods In Operative for Corrib Foods, Galway. The role involves replenishing chill and frozen storage, checking in deliveries, stock management and ensuring HACCP and safety compliance.

The candidate should have warehouse experience, be proactive and flexible, and comfortable working across ambient, chilled and frozen environments. Forklift experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Replenish the chill and frozen storage areas.
• Check-in chill and frozen deliveries into the Depot.
• Ensure all required paperwork and administration is up to date.
• Stock management.
• Ensure compliance with Food Safety and HACCP requirements.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and Security requirements.
• Attend monthly briefings/meetings.
• Process stock returns, damaged stock and out of date products.
• Ensure areas are maintained and clean at all times.
• Assist customers.
• Other duties as requested by the manager.
• Operate in ambient, refrigerated, and freezer environments.

Goods In Operative – Corrib Foods, Galway

BWG Foods are currently recruiting for a Goods In Operative on a Permanent Full-Time basis inCorrib Foods, Galway.

Duties Include:

• Replenish the chill and frozen storage areas.
• Checking-in chill and frozen deliveries into the Depot.
• Ensuring all required paperwork and administration is completed and up to date.
• Stock management
• Ensuring compliance with all Food Safety and HACCP requirements.
• Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety and Security requirement.
• Attend monthly briefings/meetings.
• Process stock returns, damaged stock and out of date products.
• Ensure all areas maintained and clean and tidy at all times.
• Assist customers.
• Other associated duties as requested by your manager.
• Required to operate in various temperature environments: ambient, chilled, and frozen
