Job summary

Hollybank Trustees Ltd is seeking a Driving Range and Golf Course Assistant to support the busy 18-hole course and Ireland’s largest driving range at Leopardstown. This permanent part-time role offers 20 hours per week, with duties across range maintenance and customer service.

You will assist in padel court operations, contribute to maintenance tasks, and work closely with reception staff and golf professionals to ensure a high-quality guest experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in a busy golf course or driving range.
• Strong customer service skills and a friendly manner.
• Ability to work well in a team and stay calm under pressure.
• Flexibility to work across a seven-day operation and variable hours.

Responsibilities

• Clear baskets and golf balls on the driving range.
• Drive the ball picker and collect balls for recycling.
• Transfer balls to the trailer and ensure clean dispensing.
• Assist with padel court maintenance and cleaning as required.
• Liaise with reception staff and golf professionals on ball distribution.
