Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a permanent Specialist, Reliability Technician – GMP Maintenance (Days) to join the Cruiserath Biologics site. The role involves hands-on maintenance of GMP manufacturing equipment, calibration support, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure safe, compliant operations.

Responsibilities include executing preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting across multiple systems, and supporting audits and continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 6 qualification in Electrical, Instrumentation, Mechanical or related discipline.
• 2–4 years' experience in a maintenance/engineering role in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capability.

Responsibilities

• Execute preventative, predictive, corrective and condition-based maintenance activities.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose faults across mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, automation and utility systems.
• Respond to equipment failures and support safe return to service.
• Perform or support calibration and other maintenance interventions.
• Support planned shutdowns, outages and major maintenance activities.
