Job summary
Bristol Myers Squibb UK & Ireland is seeking a permanent Specialist, Reliability Technician – GMP Maintenance (Days) for our Cruiserath site in Ireland. The role focuses on safe, compliant maintenance of GMP manufacturing equipment, supporting calibration, troubleshooting and continuous improvement.
You will work with Manufacturing, Quality, and Engineering to deliver planned and unplanned maintenance, manage CMMS records, and contribute to reliable, high-quality operations in a fast-paced
Qualifications
- Minimum Level 6 qualification in Electrical, Instrumentation, Mechanical or related technical discipline.
- 2–4 years' experience in a maintenance/engineering role within a regulated manufacturing environment.
- Experience using a CMMS such as Maximo.
- Strong troubleshooting and adherence to procedural compliance and documentation.
Responsibilities
- Execute preventative, predictive, corrective and condition-based maintenance activities.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose faults across mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, automation and utility systems.
- Respond to equipment failures and support safe return to service.
- Perform or support calibration and other maintenance interventions as required.
- Support planned shutdowns, outages and major maintenance activities.
