Job summary

Prochem Engineering is seeking a Specialist, Engineering (Calibration Planner & Scheduler) to lead site calibration and gas detection programs at the Co. Carlow site in Ireland.

You will own end-to-end planning, schedule development, and cross-functional coordination to maximize equipment availability and compliance. The role requires at least 3 years of GMP-related planning experience, a Level 7 engineering qualification, and hands-on SAP/CMMS/EAM proficiency.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree (Level 7) or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years planning, scheduling, maintenance or calibration in a GMP environment.
• Experience with SAP or CMMS/EAM systems.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end planning and scheduling for calibration and gas detection activities.
• Create and maintain weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual calibration schedules.
• Coordinate calibration across manufacturing, labs, utilities, warehouse and support functions.
