Job summary

Tandem Project Management Limited seeks an Engineering CAD & Documentation Technician to support projects in West Dublin. You will maintain accuracy and control of engineering documentation, ensuring GMP/regulatory compliance, and manage P&IDs, OEM manuals, VTOPs, CTOPs, and other critical files using EDMS.

Strong AutoCAD skills and collaboration with engineering, maintenance and validation teams are essential for audit-ready records.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• Proven experience in Engineering Data Technician, CAD Technician, Document Controller or similar in a regulated industry.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD including creation and revision of engineering drawings.
• Experience managing documentation including P&IDs, technical drawings, and equipment records.
• Familiarity with electronic document management systems (EDMS) and GMP requirements.

Responsibilities

• Create, update, revise, and maintain engineering drawings using AutoCAD.
• Manage and control engineering documentation per site procedures and document management systems.
• Update P&IDs to reflect plant modifications and engineering changes.
• Render, convert, archive, and distribute engineering files in various formats.
• Support VTOPs and CTOPs management and turnover packages.
• Ensure records are accurate, current, and audit-ready; collaborate with project teams.
• Support change control by updating documentation after modifications.
• Perform periodic reviews to ensure GMP compliance.
• Assist in improving document control processes and systems.
• Generate reports and maintain engineering data registers.
