Job summary
LotusWorks is seeking an Engineering Technician to support manufacturing operations at a state-of-the-art biologics facility. The role focuses on safe, compliant batch operations and sustaining equipment performance within GMP standards.
The successful candidate will perform maintenance, troubleshoot equipment, and drive continuous improvement across the site, contributing to quality, safety, and operational excellence for patient-ready medicines.
Qualifications
- 3+ years in regulated biopharma manufacturing.
- Ability to read electrical/instrumentation schematics.
- Experience maintaining and troubleshooting manufacturing equipment.
Responsibilities
- Support compliant manufacturing operations through maintenance programme execution.
- Perform preventative, corrective, and predictive maintenance in GMP environment.
- Read and interpret Electrical & Instrumentation schematics; troubleshoot faults.
- Interact with automation systems including DeltaV, BAS, PLCs; provide rapid fault finding.
- Drive continuous improvement in equipment reliability and performance.
- Coordinate with planning, engineering, and operations; ensure safe, compliant maintenance.
