Job summary

Interpath in Dublin is expanding its Valuations team and recruiting for an Assistant Manager. You will work on diverse valuation engagements across Ireland and Europe, developing robust financial models and delivering high-quality analyses.

The ideal candidate is ACA/CFA (or equivalent) with valuations experience and strong analytical, client service, and communication skills. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to client-facing reports.

Qualifications

• Qualified ACA/CFA (or equivalent) with relevant valuations experience.
• Strong interest in Deals, M&A and valuation advisory, with experience of valuation methodologies and financial modelling.
• Well-developed analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on client service.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Time management skills, with ability to prioritise competing project deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed research on industries, comparable companies and transactions to inform valuation processes.
• Develop and maintain robust financial models and perform detailed analysis to support valuations.
• Interpret financial statements and relevant financial data to construct meaningful conclusions and recommendations.
• Effectively communicate valuation analysis and results to clients and internal teams.
• Attend site visits and meet management teams to better understand clients and business.
• Prepare first draft valuations and present internally.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to deadlines and client expectations.
• Support business development activities, proposals and client relationship initiatives.
• Collaborate with team members to develop new approaches and improvement strategies.
