• 2+ years in a customer experience facing role.
• Basic working knowledge of Zendesk.
• Strong ability to summarize complex cases.

• Superior time management and prioritization skills.

• Expertise in Trust & Safety, ability to mentor teammates.

Responsibilities

• Help protect the Match Group ecosystem by preventing fraudulent activity and enforcing ToS.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve complex escalations in Trust & Safety and customer support.
• Review bug reports and coordinate with Engineering for resolution.
• Gather and analyze user feedback on product launches and features.
• Navigate high-pressure situations with sound judgment and professionalism.
• Review and address sensitive content and policy violations.
• Collaborate with Trust & Safety, Engineering, Communications, Marketing, Legal, and outsourced teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, workflows, and efficiency.
