Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. is seeking a Manager of Transfer Pricing within the Global Tax Department in Ireland.

You will shape and support the Group's transfer pricing strategy, working closely with the International Tax Director to align with business objectives and global requirements. You will lead strategy development, advise on restructurings and cross‑border activities, and oversee compliance, documentation and governance across multiple jurisdictions, partnering with Finance, Legal and

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of transfer pricing experience gained through multinational industry and Big 4 environments.
• Strong technical transfer pricing expertise, including OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines, U.S. transfer pricing regulations and international transfer pricing requirements.
• Experience supporting transfer pricing strategy, business transformation initiatives and complex cross-border transactions.
• Commercially minded, with strong analytical skills and the ability to translate technical concepts into practical business solutions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across a global organisation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Group's global transfer pricing strategy.
• Provide input on business initiatives, restructurings, operating model changes, acquisitions and new market expansions.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to ensure transfer pricing considerations are reflected in decisions.
• Evaluate evolving business models and recommend practical solutions aligned with Group objectives.
• Oversee transfer pricing documentation, governance, Master File and Country-by-Country Reporting processes.
