• Develop and lead the marketing planning strategy, ensuring activity aligns with commercial objectives and trading priorities.
• Own the integrated marketing calendar, creating visibility and alignment across campaigns, launches and key trading moments.
• Establish best-in-class marketing operations, governance and ways of working across a complex global organisation.
• Drive collaboration across cross-functional teams to ensure seamless planning and execution.
• Lead marketing investment planning, budgeting and performance reporting to maximise return on investment.
• Build scalable processes and operating models that improve efficiency, accountability and delivery.
• Use insight, data and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement and better decision-making.
