Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 5 years in Supply Chain, Logistics and Trade Compliance in pharma.
• Certificate in Customs Compliance and Trade Facilitation.
• Knowledge of international shipping and customs procedures.
• ADR/IATA/IMO/IMDG regulations for dangerous goods.
• DGSA certification desirable.
• Familiarity with GMP policies and procedures.
• Experience with Revenue processes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.

Aufgaben

• Ensure compliance with internal and external trade controls.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers and DGSA specialists.
• Submit monthly Bill of Discharge and maintain Authorized Economic Operator status.
• Provide customs clearance instructions to brokers and manage Intrastat & VIES reporting.
• Support CBAM filings and alignment with Trade Compliance policy.
• Back-up COMET Process Steward duties and SAP GRC access management support.
