Job summary

Qualifications

• Show demonstrable evidence of self-learning outside of studies.
• Motivation for exploring a Technology career within financial services.
• Demonstrate capacity for innovative thinking and problem solving.
• Demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills with diverse teams.
• Strong teamwork, leadership and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Understand stakeholder needs, analyse problems and capture requirements.
• Translate stakeholder requirements into technical specifications.
• Analyse functionality, use cases, process flows and UI requirements.
• Plan implementation of system changes, identify risks and dependencies.
• Collaborate with testers to develop test plans and scripts.
• Participate in software testing cycles and document evidence.
• Assist in implementing solutions within agreed timelines and guidelines.
• Investigate issues and liaise with Subject Matter Experts until resolution.
• Utilise bank-approved AI capabilities to improve efficiency and insights.
