Bank of America is offering a Global Operations Summer Analyst position in Dublin. You will gain exposure to client onboarding, settlements, and data analysis within a supportive training environment.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a minimum 2:2, available June–August 2027, and eager to develop skills in operations, risk management, and stakeholder engagement through hands-on projects and mentorship.

Qualifications

• Pursuing Bachelor's or Master's degree with completion between September 2027 and July 2028
• On track for a minimum 2:2 degree classification (or equivalent)
• Available to join June 2027 to August 2027

Responsibilities

• Develop an understanding of client, account, and product reference data management processes
• Support settlement, clearing, and reconciliation activities across a range of products and services
• Build knowledge of trade lifecycle processes, including trade validation, maintenance, exception management, and reconciliation
• Build knowledge of the products, services and operational processes that support the bank and its clients
• Analyse data, identify trends and contribute to business insights, process reviews, and operational excellence initiatives
• Develop an understanding of risk management, controls, governance and regulatory requirements
• Support project delivery, business analysis and stakeholder engagement activities
• Prepare reports, dashboards, presentations and updates for business partners and senior stakeholders
