Job summary

Barclays in Dublin is offering a Global Transaction Banking Summer Internship Programme designed to give you a practical introduction to finance and technology. Over 10 weeks, you will work on real projects, guided by a mentor and line manager, and choose a business area to gain hands-on experience.

You'll gain insight into payment solutions, collaborate with tech and service partners, and build a network across corporate and transaction banking teams.

Qualifications

• Penultimate year of degree, in any discipline.
• Keen interest in finance and business; resourcefulness, teamwork, enthusiasm and an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Base location will be the same as during internship.

Responsibilities

• Participate in day-to-day Transaction Banking activities, delivering insights for senior colleagues.
• Support the development of payment solutions for global companies and end-to-end product management with risk controls.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and learn from Transaction Banking experts.
