Job summary

M-KOPA is seeking a Lead People Partner to own the people agenda for our Technology organisation as we scale. You will partner with the CTO and senior leaders to design and implement people strategies across engineering, data, analytics, IT and security.

You will lead a globally distributed population, coach a Senior People Partner, and drive data-informed decisions to optimise capability, retention and cost while maintaining strong employee relations and autonomy at the C-level.

Qualifications

• Senior HR experience partnering with engineering or tech organisations.
• Experience coaching HR business partners.
• Proven depth in org design (levelling, spans, layers).
• Strategic and operational HR with leadership exposure.
• Experience supporting cross-cultural teams remotely.
• Strong business acumen and autonomy at executive level.
• UK/Europe employment law exposure is useful.

Responsibilities

• Partner with CTO and leadership across Engineering/Data/IT to align people strategy.
• Own end-to-end people partnering for Engineering and Product.
• Coach and develop direct report; set partnering standards.
• Use people analytics to shape decisions on capability, attrition, cost.
• Drive distributed team effectiveness across multi-country environment.
• Handle complex employee relations with jurisdiction awareness.
