Job summary

CAI is seeking a Senior Global Director, Tax and Audit to lead global tax strategy, compliance, transfer pricing, indirect taxes, and statutory audit coordination across jurisdictions. You will manage external advisors, ensure governance, and support expansion from 11 to 20+ countries while balancing compliance and timeliness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Tax, Finance, Business, or related field.
• CPA, JD, LLM in Tax, Chartered Tax Advisor, ACA, ACCA, or equivalent strongly preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive tax, audit, controllership, statutory reporting, or financial compliance experience.
• Prior experience supporting acquisition integration, global expansion, professional services, project-based business models, audit committee reporting, management letter remediation, U.S. benefit plan audits, and multi-country external auditor coordination is preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities across international teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the global tax strategy, including corporate income tax, transfer pricing, VAT/GST and other indirect taxes.
• Establish and maintain a coordinated global tax compliance calendar across jurisdictions.
• Manage global tax advisors, audit partners, and local providers to ensure timely, high-quality filings and audits.
• Partner with Accounting and FP&A to support tax provision, cash tax forecasting, and tax accounting.
• Own the global audit governance model and coordinate country statutory audits and external auditor engagement.
