Logitech Cork, Ireland is seeking a Global Talent Programs Intern for a 6‑month internship. You will support onboarding, mentorship, and leadership development, helping drive program marketing, learning calendars, and talent reporting.

Location: Cork; Hybrid: 2 days on site. You'll work closely with an experienced Global Talent team to learn industry best practices, process optimization, and data‑driven decision making, while developing the professional skills needed to thrive in a modern,

Formación

• Education: University degree (or final year) in P&C / HR Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Analytics, or related field.
• Interest in talent enablement, learning & development, and early career strategy.
• Analytical skills with Excel and data analysis mindset.
• Strong written and verbal communication for program marketing.
• Organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Relationship building with internal teams and university partners.
• Adaptability and ability to multi-task under tight timelines.

Responsabilidades

• Global Onboarding: assist with onboarding experiences for new hires globally.
• University Relations: support outreach and intern cohort programming.
• Succession Development Action Tracking: maintain pipelines and coordinate meetings.
• Mentorship Programs: coordinate mentorship engagement and feedback.
• Leadership Development: support scheduling and logistics for initiatives and tracks.
• Reporting & Analytics: analyze talent metrics and dashboards for insights.
• Learning Calendar Coordination: manage learning calendar aligned with Adobe LMS.
• Communication Campaigns & Program Marketing: draft campaigns and promotional materials.
