Job summary

Logitech is seeking a Global Talent Programs Intern to support onboarding, mentorship, and leadership development initiatives in Cork, Ireland. This 6‑month hybrid internship involves managing learning calendars, coordinating events, and delivering talent reporting with a data-driven approach.

You will work with an experienced Global Talent team to learn best practices, optimize processes, and develop professional skills in a modern, dynamic workplace.

Qualifications

• Education: University degree or final year in related field.
• Interest in Talent Enablement and early career strategy.
• Analytical skills with Excel and data analysis interest.
• Strong communication, design sense for program marketing.
• Organizational and event/calendar coordination skills.
• Relationship building across organization and university partners.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding, mentorship, and leadership development initiatives.
• Assist with learning calendars, program marketing, and reporting.
• Coordinate global mentorship engagement and cohort learning tracks.
• Contribute to leadership development logistics and workshops.
• Provide operational support and data-driven insights from metrics.
