Job summary

Logitech is seeking a Creative & Design Operations Intern in Cork, Ireland, for a hybrid role. You will support budgets, vendor onboarding, and studio space management while gaining exposure to a world-class design organization.

You will help manage contractor intake, asset tagging, awards submissions, and internal documentation. The role emphasizes collaboration, process improvement, and familiarity with AI tools in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program in Design Management, Business Administration, or Communications.
• Familiar with generative AI tools and workflows such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly.
• Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Budget & vendor tracking, including maintenance of budget reports and PO workflows.
• Assist contractor intake forms and internal documentation for early-career programs.
• Audit physical prototype inventories and track software/hardware allocations.
• Gather assets for global design awards and assist in event planning.
• Draft simple one-pagers and quick guides to communicate new tools and workflows.
• Support AI toolstack tracking and usage audits across design teams.
