Job summary

EOS IT Solutions is seeking a Project Coordinator to oversee end-to-end execution, procurement, and fulfilment for project-specific requests. You will coordinate sourcing, transfers, and delivery through regional hubs, ensuring adherence to SLAs and customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations, or equivalent professional experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in supply chain execution, operations delivery, logistics coordination, or related field.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at varying levels of the organisation.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of project-specific requests, ensuring alignment with agreed schedules and operational requirements.
• Facilitate procurement and vendor sourcing activities to meet project material requirements.
• Coordinate inter-hub stock transfers, monitoring specialist packing procedures, regional transportation schedules, and final-mile delivery verification.
• Maintain proactive stakeholder communications regarding delivery milestones and lead-time expectations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for operational disruptions, transit delays, customs holds, and inventory shortages.
• Investigate supply chain issues through root-cause analysis and implement mitigation plans to maintain delivery continuity.
• Establish escalation pathways and implement corrective actions to minimise recurring operational challenges.
• Maintain inventory accuracy across distribution centres and regional storage locations.
• Support physical inventory counts, cycle counting programmes, and audit readiness initiatives.
• Analyse inventory movement trends to optimise stock positioning and reduce shrinkage risk.
• Partner with Procurement, Logistics, IT Operations, Enterprise Architecture, and Warehouse teams to ensure operational alignment and execution excellence.
• Deliver a high standard of service to internal stakeholders while managing expectations clearly and professionally.
