Job summary

EOS IT Solutions is seeking a Project Coordinator to oversee end-to-end execution, procurement, and fulfilment for project requests. You will coordinate inter-hub transfers, monitor delivery milestones, and communicate proactively with stakeholders across regions.

In this role, you will manage escalations, perform root-cause analysis, and support inventory governance with regional storage locations. Strong collaboration with Procurement, Logistics, IT Operations, and Warehouse teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in SCM, Business Admin, Operations, or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of experience in supply chain execution, logistics, or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication for stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end project requests, ensuring alignment with schedules.
• Coordinate procurement, supplier sourcing, and inter-hub transfers.
• Monitor deliveries, escalations, and root-cause analysis for issues.
