Job summary

Takeda Ireland seeks a Business Process Lead (BPL) for Supply Chain Planning to drive digital transformation across demand, supply, inventory and S&OP. You will align processes with global teams and deploy planning tools such as SAP IBP, APO and ECC to enable scalable, system-enabled solutions.

You will lead design, deployment and adoption, partnering with Global Supply Chain, DD&T, Finance and Manufacturing Sites to ensure value realization and go-live readiness.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in Supply Chain Management.
• End-to-end understanding of planning processes (demand, supply, inventory and S&OP).
• Hands-on experience with SAP and planning platforms such as SAP ECC, APO, IBP or OBP.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable, standardized and digitally enabled solutions.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects in a global environment.
• Strong ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Act as a global Process Owner for Supply Chain Planning, driving governance and standardization.
• Lead the design and implementation of digital solutions across demand, supply, inventory and S&OP.
• Drive deployment, stabilization, adoption and benefits realization.
• Partner with Global Supply Chain, DD&T, Finance and Manufacturing Sites to align processes.
• Translate requirements into scalable, standardized and system-enabled solutions.
• Support global capability building, site onboarding and go-live readiness.
• Lead change management, hypercare and adoption activities.
• Contribute to communities of practice and capability-building initiatives.
