Job summary
Takeda seeks a Business Process Lead for Supply Chain Planning to drive digital transformation and standardization across demand, supply, inventory and S&OP. You will lead global design, Build-to-Deploy and adoption initiatives with DD&T, Finance, and manufacturing partners.
You will have 5+ years in SC planning or related IT/digital roles, with hands-on SAP/IBP/OBP expertise and strong stakeholder management in a global matrix.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain/IT/digital transformation.
- End-to-end understanding of planning processes (demand, supply, inventory, S&OP).
- Experience translating requirements into scalable, digital solutions using SAP planning platforms.
Responsibilities
- Act as global Business Process and Digital Solution Owner for Supply Chain Planning.
- Lead design and implementation of digital solutions across demand, supply, inventory and S&OP.
- Drive deployment, stabilization, adoption and benefits realization.
- Partner with Global SC, DD&T, Finance, Manufacturing Sites and External Operations.
- Translate business requirements into scalable, standardized, digitally-enabled solutions.
- Support global capability building, onboarding, and go-live readiness.
- Lead change management, hypercare and adoption activities.
