Job summary

Osborne - Recruitment Consultancy is seeking an experienced Chief Supply Chain Officer to lead the global supply chain for a leading international food manufacturer. Reporting to the CEO, you will shape strategy across procurement, planning, logistics and manufacturing, and drive operational transformation across multiple markets.

• Proven international supply chain experience across multiple markets.
• Experience in food manufacturing or FMCG is highly desirable.
• Strong leadership and ability to drive cross-functional collaboration.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver cost savings and operational improvements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an international supply chain strategy aligned with growth and commercial objectives.
• Lead strategic sourcing, supplier relationships and procurement optimisation.
• Oversee global logistics, warehousing and distribution for cost efficiency and service excellence.
• Optimise demand forecasting, S&OP, inventory management and manufacturing integration.
• Drive transformation projects, digitalisation and process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with international food safety, quality and regulatory standards.
