Job summary

Ferrero is seeking a Supply Chain Digital Transformation Manager to translate the company’s digital vision into scalable transformation programs across global logistics. Qualifications

9–12 years of experience in Supply Chain transformation, digitalization, project management, or consulting within FMCG.
Experience leading digital transformation initiatives and cross-functional programs across business, operations, data, and technology teams.
Solid knowledge of logistics processes (Warehousing, Transportation, Customs, Network Design) and exposure to AI, automation, and digital twins.

Responsibilities

Define and drive Ferrero's Supply Chain digital roadmap across logistics domains.
Govern and evolve digital initiatives, ensuring alignment with business priorities and IT/Data & AI teams.
Lead cross-functional programs to translate operational challenges into scalable digital solutions.
Foster adoption of AI, advanced analytics, and digital transformation across the logistics network.
