Job summary

Biotech Europe Meditech Inc Ltd in Roscommon is seeking a senior Warehouse & Logistics Manager to own end-to-end operations for Roscommon and the Swiss Warehouse. You will manage inbound flows from India, ensure OTIF, and drive SAP-based warehouse processes across multiple sites.

You will lead the planning, warehouse, and logistics teams, ensure GMP compliance, and partner with cross-functional departments to optimize material flow and dispatch performance across Ireland, Europe, and beyond.

Qualifications

Leaving Certificate or equivalent; a third-level qualification in supply chain, logistics or business is beneficial.
Experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain management within regulated manufacturing (pharma/medical device) is essential.
Minimum 10 years progressive experience in supply chain management with warehouse, logistics, planning experience.
Experience managing international inbound/outbound logistics and coordinating with overseas planning teams.
People management experience including performance management, coaching, and team development.
Strong working knowledge of SAP or ERP/WMS systems.
Knowledge of import/export, customs and international transportation requirements.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations of Roscommon and Swiss warehouses ensuring accurate, compliant storage of RM/PM/SFG/FG.
Own inbound logistics coordination for shipments from India to Ireland to support production planning.
Plan, arrange and book outbound transportation to customers across Ireland, Europe and worldwide.
Fully own SAP management for warehouse and logistics transactions, ensuring data accuracy.
Ensure import/export documentation, customs and shipping compliance.
Drive stock accuracy through cycle counts and full physical inventories across locations.
Maintain facilities, maintenance, cleaning schedules and GMP-audit readiness.
Lead production & packaging planning, aligning with material availability and capacity.
Develop and coach warehouse, logistics, and planning teams; manage performance.
